China Professional Horizontal Lathe Machine for turning facing Flange from 100 mm to 5000 mm. 

Horizontal lathe, both conventional lathe and CNC Lathe and manual lathe with DRO or PLC control system are available. We can make all many different facing horizontal lathe machines according to customer's work-piece features and size. We can specially design the lathe machine also. We can provide both 3D and 2D drawings for each cnc lathe, conventional lathe, roll turning lathe, vertical lathe, cnc grinding lathe with grinding wheel, cnc turning drilling lathe machine. etc 
 

1. New Design of cnc lathe for turning flange, ring parts, disc plate parts. The machine bed and headstock is one-piece casting with high rigidity, stability with high accuracy. 

2. The machine bed guide rail is ground by professional grinding machine. Other smaller factory shall not ground this position. 

3. Headstock internal structure has more complex configuration, it has much more bearings, gears, and shafts compared with others. 

4. Chuck is a kind of heavy duty type chuck with positioning keys. T slot type , which has more stability compared with only 4 jaws. Our chuck is 4 or 8 jaws + 4 positioning T slot type keys. 

 

We can make both CNC Lathe and Conventional Lathe , Manual lathe with DRO or PLC control mechanical lathe is also available. 

1. For the conventional lathe, we have one complete special operation panel with our own internal design technology which obtained our national patent and certificate.
