1.     Machine Function and Basic Components

1.1 Machine Function

This is a kind of CNC horizontal lathe machine. It is applicable to rough &finish turning the ex-circle, end face, circle groove, inner hole and cone on the bearing, shafts, cylinders, discs and etc made of different materials with high-speed steel and carbide alloy steel cutting tools. It can also finish rough or finish machining for roll parts. This machine is installed a grind cutting tool unit which can realize grinding process for the ex-circle and end face. Besides, it has the functions of finishing the machining process of thread, conical surface, boring and curved surface. The main transmission system adopts AC variable frequency system to realize step-less speed through driven by AC variable speed motor. So that the spindle can be realized any reasonable cutting speeds for machining different work-pieces.

1.2      Basic Components

This machine consists of bed body, headstock, tailstock, skateboard, tool rest, grinding unit, center rest, electric control system, and lubrication system. The headstock and tailstock are separately installed in the left and right sides of machine. The main transmission system is driven by 30KW AC variable frequency. The front and back bearings are High precision double columns cylindrical roller bearings, which has more rigidity and swing accuracy with convenient operation and adjustment.
