2. Main Components of Machine

1). Beam

The interior of beam adopts square box rib to improve the crush resistance and non-deformability and the vibration absorption ability. It is applicable for heavy-duty cuttings. The special design guarantees a high stability and precision.

2). Column

The Column adopts high rigidity Honeycomb-type rib, which has supra-maximal stress surface and occupied floor area. It also reduces the height of column and improves the vibration absorption and non-deformability ability. Meanwhile, it adopts unique heat-resistance symmetric style to ensure more stability of machine.

3). Machine Bed

The machine bed adopts unstressed resin sand mold. Integrally casting molding at a time by using excellent high strength casting iron. After twice special heat treatments and once artificial vibration aging treatment, it relieves the inner stress to ensure the high stability and durable precision of machine.

3. In case of any quality problem found during operation, the factory will dispatch personnel to the user's location within 48 hours (domestic users) & within 7 days (Foreign Customer) and the technical staff won't leave before resolving the malfuntion.
