1.Our facing lathe machine use SERVO MOTOR + High precision planetary reduction box for transmission , and high precision Planetary reduction box and gear to realize automatic feed, while other company use the sync wheel and belt. Which has poor accuracy, and using some time, it shall happen and appear big gap/space, which greatly affect machine accuracy and stability. While our planetary reduction box has high precision and accuracy, rigidity and stability, besides, we all use high quality famous brand.
2.Our Z axis stroke can move automatically and feed , which is transmission by servo motor, not manually, other lathe is manually.
3.This is our standard professional cutting tool carriage/turret with 300*300 mm heavy duty type tool carriage. Which has much more high accuracy, rigidity and stability with big volume cuttings , it can realize both rough and finish turning processes. 4.We specially designed a kind of MPG(manual pulse generator )which obtained our national patent. which installed on the side of operation panel. For the conventional horizontal lathe, we equipped with both conventional and electrical control handwheel device. Our chuck jaws has Positioning function which can prevent the chuck jaws displacement, while others do not have it.
Our chuck can realize both CW( Clockwise) and CCW(counter clockwise)Rotation , while others can only realize CW.
